What queries were run?

1
Hello,

A table was deleted from one of the databases that I use. The contents of the table were deleted- not the table itself. This could have been done with a "delete tablename" query. So I want to see what queries were run. I can't ask the users since this should not of been done.

Any method at all is acceptable. I need to find this out as soon as possible. Thank you.

Hi,

I guess there is one solution to this problem. Thee following query deletes all the rows in a table but not the table itself. There is a DROP statement that deletes the whole table. Here it is for eg. DELETE FROM (table name). It deletes all the rows from the table. I hope this helps and I hope I understood ur question.

If there is another way then I would definitely want to know.

Cheers

Hi,
A 'truncate table tablename' statement also deletes all the rows but does n't drop the table.
