cross server insert @@error

hi guys,
thanks in advance

im facing a problem with cross-server insert

SET XACT_ABORT ON
insert into [REMOTESERCER].REMOTEDATABASE.DBO.REMOTETABLE select * from LOCALDATABASE.DBO.LOCALTABLE
PRINT @@ERROR

HERE ANY ERROR OCCURES, @@ERROR IS NOT PRINTING, BATCH IS STOPING

PLEASE help me in this regard
