Reads and writes to a sql server database per table

Is it possible to find the reads/writes to a sql server table ?

Or better find the total reads and writes to all sql server tables

Use the sql profiler. In the trace properties make sure you have the
data columns reads and writes selected. you can further filter it down
from there.
