Best way to interface with Oracle

Hi, I am needing a way to query information from an Oracle Database and
then save the information in SQL. What is the best option? Doing this
inside MS SQL (if so, how would I go about doing this--commands, etc)
or by an outside source (scripts--vbscript, javascript, perl)?

Thanks in advanced,
Mike
