Export Data from SQL Enterprise to SQL Express 2005

Hello everybody,
does anybody know how to export databases from SQL Enterprise to SQL
Express 2005?

The simplest would be to take a backup of the database, and restore it
on SQL Express. You can also detach, copy and attach the databases.
