why the MS DTC always stop services automatically ?

hi , two sql server MS DTC services stop services automatically :

one server :

After my anti-virus software killed a vbs virus , MS DTC services
stop services automatically in a minute, then display a error log in
Sql Server log:
" Failed to obtain TransactionDispenserInterface: XACT_E_TMNOTAVAILABLE
"

the other server:
MS DTC services stop services automatically before no any problem
,then display a error log in Sql Server log:
" "Failed to obtain TransactionDispenserInterface: Result Code =
