BlackBerry Enterprise Server - SQL problem

Does anybody used BlackBerry Enterprise Server?

Windows Server 2003 Enterprise
Exchange Server 2003 Enterprise + SP1
SQL Server 2000 + SP4

Problem:
Everything is instaled properly (I hope so) exactly as is written in
manual (Creating database, adding users) but BlackBerry Manager can't
connect to SQL database.
After clicking on "Test SQL Server Connection" (at BlackBerry Server
Configuration) there is a message: "Connection successful".
But when i try to run BlackBerry Manager there is an error: "Unable to
connect to database!".

No matter if i'm using Windows Authentication nor SQL authentication.

Is your SQL server SQL 2000 Standard Edition or the MSDE?
Can you check if SQL is in "Mixed Mode"? Windows Authentication and SQL
authentication.
Also, some installs of the Black Berry software use an "instance" of SQL.
Was the install done this way?
