Restore databases to different server

I am using third party software to do the full backups to tape and log
backups will be done to local disk. I can restore the full database
using third party tool. I need to setup script to recover logs by
taking it from disk. How do I achieve this? I don't want to restore
msdb database or query the primary server's msdb. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance
