Hi,
I have data as follows
Student City Marks
-------- ----- -----
StudentA CityA 75
StudentA CityA 80
StudentA CityA 81

StudentB CityB 79
StudentB CityB 75

StudentC CityC 89
StudentC CityC 82
StudentC CityC 78

StudentD CityD 78

Can sb pl suggest me how to get top Marks for each student in a city ?
Each student may have taken the exam more than once.
query needs to return the rows as follows..,

Student City Marks
-------- ----- -----
StudentA CityA 81
StudentB CityB 79
StudentC CityC 89
StudentD CityD 78
