Table Backup

hi

how can i create a bak file of single table .

And one more doubt ,whether its restoration

process will be same as its for usual backup(ie full,transactinal

backup).

You can't back up a single table because you can't guarantee data
integrity if you restore the backup later, so the closest thing is just
to export the data to a file. You can use bcp.exe to do this - see
Books Online for more details.

You might concider using DTS for that. The data in the table can be
exported to a csv or xls file.
