Sql Server Developers Licence

Hi,

I have just started a business and I was wondering if I could get some
advice about product selection. I am currently buiding my website
using asp.net connecting to sql server database.

My question: Am I only required to purchase a SQL Server Developers
Licence? I won't be hosting the site so I think this is correct but
thought I should check.

Cheers,
Jack

License questions are best sorted out with your local Microsoft
representatives. We are technical people in this group, not lawyers. :-)

But so much I know that you cannot run your production site against
Developer Edition. But if the site will run at a hosting company with
an SQL Server license, and you all you will use your Dev Edition for
is test and development of the site, that is likely to be OK.
