Sorry you will have to bear with me I'm a little new at some of this.
I use Nchar(10) and Nchar(13) to remove <cr>. How do I use unicode
values to remove other hidden characters with the REPLACE function in
MSSQL.

You will need to find out the Unicode values for the characters you
want to get rid of. Potentially there is a whole bunch of Unicode
characters could be of interest here: NO-BREAK SPACE, ZERO-WIDTH NON-JOINER
etc, all depending on your definition of "hidden". Unfortunately, SQL
Server does not provide any functions to refer to the various charcater
classes in Unicode.
