Database authorisation problem

Hi,

I am trying to develop a remote server/client web application. I have
deployed the hosting service and SQL database files (*.mdb, *.LDF) on my
home desktop which is running MSDE. My client is a laptop via a router. The
'physical connection' is OK.

The error I am receiving is that I cannot access the dB (Failed to Login
using 'machine name/server instance'). The machine name/server instance it
is specifying is that of my development machine where the dB was created. I
used windows integrated authentication.

Again, due to the error message it seems that the remote app. is talking to
the host app..therefore OK there, but I have made a mistake somehow with
either how I have specified the security/login of the dB when I created it
or I need to provide some additional details for the dB file(s) during
installation to the server.

Anyone help me out there please.

Cheers,

Phil
