If you have a server that can route an email as SMS, you can send an email to that server.

ck,

Don't confuse the poor OP. SQL and SMS are totally and completely unrelated. Just because they are both three letters and share an 'S' does not mean they will work together. It's apples and oranges.

We have an Access 2000 MDB with a SQL 7 back end. We are upgrading SQL Server to SQL 2005, and are considering upgrading to Access 2003. Someone mentioned that they had heard about some incompatibilities between Access 2003 and SQL Server 2005. Anyone hear of anything? And, if so, would staying with Access 2000 be better? Thanks! Neil

I recently generated a script using SQL Server 2005 for a local database that is configured as SQL Server 2000. Nevertheless, the script used the new structures and syntax (i.e., sys.objects vs. sysobjects). Is there a way that I can force SQL Server 2005 to use the old 2000 syntax? I notice that when I script objects on a remote SQL...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not.
