set multiple procedures to execute

1 New Member
I am not terribly familiar with SQL but we have a couple of programmers who need to have multiple set procedures to set to execute. Is there a way to do all the procedures as once or do they have to check each on individually every time?

Hope this makes some kind of sense.

Exec Procedure1
Exec Procedure2
Exec Procedure3

I'm looking for a tool that can extract only the schema from a database in a form that can be used to generate that schema in another empty database. This is to facilitate our disaster recovery processes where we need the objects only, not the data, and need to replicate this to our disaster recovery site over the WAN. There are plenty of tools that can handle a single database, but does anyone know of any tools that could handle...

Stored procedures are faster and more efficient than in-line SQL statements. In this article we will look at two SQL Server stored procedures; one using an input parameter and one not, and see how to call them from an ASP.Net page Every modern database system has a stored procedure language. SQL Server is no different and has a relatively sophisticated and easy to use system. This article will not attempt to go into depth in explaining...

I was inspired by the recent discussion of returning multiple recordsets to ADO from a stored procedure. (Amazed is probably more accurate). I asked about how to accomplish same with Oracle and got a nudge in the right direction from Mr. Kreft. I promised to provide details once working, so here it is. The code is shown below. My next step is to build this technique into my application. I'm hoping for substantial performance gain. ...

The purpose for my questions is accessing these technologies from applications. I develop both applications and databases. Working with Microsoft C#.NET and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Production and 2005 Test Environments. What is the purpose of a view if I can just copy the vode from a view and put it into a stored procedure? Should I be accessing views from stored procedures?

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
