Member Key found in Fact Table but not in Dimension

I have a problem with the data in my Cubes in Analsyis Services.

When I try to process the cubes I get the following error:
"A member with key 'XXX' was found in the fact table but was not found
in the level 'XXX' of the dimension 'XXX'"

I have narrowed it down to the way the data is entered into the
Relational Database Table for example instead of typing 'Inventory' the
word is 'Ìnventory' (this is due to hitting the apostrophe key before
typing in the word)

Has anyone come across this problem? Has anyone been able to solve it?
Please advise 8o)

Hi All, While in the process of building my table (40 or so Insert statments) can I then query ("select * from @Table_variable") and use the results up to theat point for another insert into @Table_varible? If you look for stepID -15 I have commented that section out due to it not retuning the correct values. Thank you in advance

Hi, I understand that a member function can be declared as const {meaning it doesn't alter the member variables), but can it be declared as mutable? I have class that stores its members into a table. The class has a pointer to the table. The store() method is constant since the class' members don't change. However, the table's store...

Hi, Does anybody have any design ideas for flattening multiple measurement records into fact table columns. Our current design imports the measurement records into a staging table and then uses a set of mappings to select the appropriately grouped measurements into the correct structure for inserting into the fact table. The source...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. ...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For...
