MS SQL Reporting Services Server - Activation errors

When running the following:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\80\Tools \Binn>rsactivat e -c
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL
Server\MSSQL\Re portingServices \ReportServer\R SReportServer.c o
nfig" -t
I get the following error:

Failure starting the web service:
System.Exceptio n: The local NT Service is disabled 0x80090005 --->
System.E
xception: 0x80090005
--- End of inner exception stack trace ---
at
Microsoft.Repor tingServices.RS Activate.RSActi vate.RpcActivat eService(Int32
clientType)

Any insight into this. What am I doing wrong.
