this fully is dependent from the type of that USB virus. Your only chance to install anything on such a virus is - when u have that type S-virus (aka sticky-virus). in that case just throw something onto that and hope it sticks on it. all other types of USB viruses tend to be unsticky on the outside - so its hard to install something on them.

well - jokes aside - are you really asking how to compromise a USB stick with a virus?
