Can not access 64-bit informix odbc from vb.net application

I want to access an informix remote database from my application vb.net on windows 7 64-bit.
I installed IBM Informix Client SDK 4.10 (64-bit) but the problem is :
* if I use the odbc under windows\system32, I can create the data source (with connexion test successful) but VB.net can't see it
* If I user the odbc under windows\syswow64, I can not find or use informix 64-bit driver, however VB.net can access objects created with this odbc

Can any one help me to resolve this complicated situation ?
Thank you everybody
