Trigger Email from Access

1
I am not the “sharpest tool in the box”  but would like to know if this is doable...

Access 2007. Table A.” To”: “CC”: “OrderID”: Table B. Memo field “Template”.

Query “SendEmail”:

To:
CC:
OrderID:
Subjectline: (Concatenation of OrderID and a standard small text)
“Template” (>255 characters)

When i have created a new record i want to send an email directly. I want to click on a button (Command SendEmail) and send the following query result. The criteria for the query is the ORderID = current record (the one i just worked with)

To: bla.bla@.... CC: bla.bla@.... (is it possible to include From: My email address), also my electronic signature
The “Template” as my email body

Thanks!
