Generated exe using Borland Builder - how to change "FileVersion" of exe ?

any executable file, right click to properties -> version (FileVersion), how to chnagte that version of exe file?. In borland builder, I have .bpr file, if I edit FileVersion and compile, it doesnot change at all.
