content based image retrieval

I am going to develop a mini project on content based image retrieval but i m not clear about the algorithms i need to implement.can anybody plese suggest

Hi!

If you go to the Wikipedia page on content-based image retrieval and check out the relevant research papers, I'm sure you'll find lots of information as to which algorithms are used. The problem with this area is, that there are quite a few different ways to do it and they work for different problems with different efficiencies and accuracies.
