Ecommect functionality Document

Hi all,

Sorrry if am posted in wrong area.

I have an offer in ecomerce site. but they asked a document relating to ecommerce functionalites. Am slapping with this.Can any one tell me how i design the functionality document or any one send to me (***Email Removed***) or any one give me a link that provide some answer for my question?

what do you mean with this question? let me summarize - you offered someone to build an ecommerce-site for him/her or you should specify the requirements so that someone could make you an offer to build a site for you?
