Question regarding a data entry program.

Ok, I am not sure if this is in the right forum or not (please feel free to move it where it would be more appropriate).

I need help finding a program or maybe some guidance on where to look or whom to contact for a program or development of a program.

A little info:

I work for a radio broadcasting company. We have 15+ radio stations. Each station has its own website, but all from the same company, so basically same site, different information.

We have a lot of live events where people come out and enter to win prizes and whatnot and people that sign up to be a part of our station (a fan club, if you will),

We take these entries, and enter them online at our website... one by one...normally not a difficult task, however the problem is, no one has kept up with the job in months, so we have (literally) boxes of entry forms and sign up slips.

What we think would be way easier than entering these into the website one by one would be to create a database of people (in access or excel or whatever) and then have that be entered into the website (rather than clicking through pages). However we have spoken with the company that manages our webpages, and they have told us that this is not possible, and that we have to enter the entries manually.

I refuse to give up. I have found a number of programs that that autofill your information into a webpage and will even "login" or submit the information, however that doesn't help too much, because we still have to manually enter the information in that program one by one.
I was hoping that one of you might be able to help me find something that can take entries from a database and enter them into the computer...

any ideas?

Thank you so much for you help.

So how is the contestants information being stored on your website? Is your website creators using databases to store that information? You realize that at some point someone is going to have to enter in all the information into the computer anyway right? If you have a bunch of paper entries someone will need to type them in. So the question now becomes, are you not happy with the fact that you have to enter them in one at a time on the website? Or do you want to be able to use another program like excel and type them all in then somehow merge that excel file with your website?

I am a bit confused, if you are trying to remove the manual entry part of this equation I am afraid that is impossible. But hey, that is why god invented interns.
