question about performance test plan

hello all well i am not sure if i post this question in a right forum ...

what i need is a test plan for the project i work (web project) so if anybody can help me to indicate the spesific methology , steps , tools what are used to perform a performance test plan , links would be helpfull

here are some things that will help you set up your own test plan.

General Information

Testing requirements Description

then for the bulk of your test plans you want to have a section where you have which part you are testing with what is required for the test, what you expect to happen, did it pass or fail the test, and if it failed what was the bug or error.

Template for a performance Test plan is this....

Performance and Stress Testing

Definition:
List what is your understanding of Stress Testing for your project.


Participants:
Who will be conducting Stress Testing on your project? List the individuals that will be responsible for this activity.

Methodology:
Describe how Performance & Stress testing will be conducted. Who will write the test scripts for the testing, what would be sequence of events of Performance & Stress Testing, and how will the testing activity take place?
