3d Software question.

1
Hello everyone.
Me and a couple of my 3d Artist friends are putting together a very interesting idea on developing a nextgen 3d Modeling software, like 3dS Max, Maya. Since none of us have any coding experience, i was wondering if you guys can point me in the right direction as to what kind of programmer i need. Any other advice would be great too. Thanks.
