Design Documents --- HLD/LLD

HI
I m new to Design Documents. I need to prepare Design Documents for an Accounting System.

Basically i need to know the information about the complete documentation for a project


My question is

What are the components or things like diagrams etc.. need to be included in the Design Documents.

What is the standard process flow of an project.
