Any good sources on DLL/MFC/ATL/ActiveX/COM?

101 100+
All this stuff is making my head spin. Are there any really good books on it? I found some really good links for COM, but when I look up a practical guide for programming the stuff, everything just flies over my head.

How did you guys ever figure it all out?

BTW, I'll post all the things I find for people who are in the same boat as me.
