Xovilichter SEO Contest in other countries accessible?

Hello there,

currently the german “Xovilichter” SEO contest takes place. I want to participate, but I'm from france so I don't now if it is possible. I already downloaded the app for this contest in google playstore and now I want to start my SEO stuff.

Unfortunately, you are not allowed to participate. You have to live in Germany, Switzerland or Austria. I am from Germany and I try my luck ...without any success yet. Yesterday, I started to use the analyzing tools of this web page: www.andreas-blaser.de/xovilichter - It is awesome :)
