sql injection + encryption in web site

Hello, if I encrypt my DB in my web site and someone made sql injection successfuly to my web site. If he is looking for my data base that are encrypt, does he can see it decrypt?

They can if they know a) the algorithm used in the encryption and b) the key used to generate the data.
