Safe-mail will not respond to my request for a temporary PW. Help

I have a safe-mail account and I am not able to access it because of a password problem, they will not respond to my request for a temporary password. How can I get some action to resolve this problem?

I have not heard of safe-mail - I'm assuming this is a corporate site and when you say they won't respond to your requests for a temporary password you have contacted the corporate support? Or is this a physical device that you own on-site?
