Control Panel > User Account > select user > remove password

Goto Run and type Control 'Userpasswords2' command, you'll get a more options to edit the User account rights and editing the password options.

open comand prompt tipe " net use administrator * " It will ask you for a new password " just leave it blank " and restart

If you have only administrator account and you are not able to login
Than you need ERD Commander CD.

Boot from cd click on start all programs than click on locksmith and change your password
