How to upload rails project to live server?

Hi guys,

am new to rails and now am doing a project in rubyonrails. for development purpose i have use instant rails. Now i need to upload my project to the live server. i have register the domain name as well as hosting.

how can i upload my project to the live server? pls help meee. its very very urgent.

i have the cpanel account now and there is a rubyjem. but i do not know how to put my rails application live.

pls help meee.

thanks for ur reply. But wats da problem is, i already bought a server from USA.

they gave me da cpanel. i have to deploy my rails app in that server.

so pls help to this issue.
