How do I tell if this site uses Ruby?

5 New Member
I'm looking over a site that is built in a fashion I'd like to do myself and I can't tell if it's built with Ruby on Rails or something else. The site is http://www.listhere.co m - can you see what the platform is somehow?

www.51.ca is a nice site, and I want to build something similar and wonder if anyone knows if they are using PHPNuke or other nukes or they wrote everything themselves. What is the signature thing in a nuke. Can you tell it from how they name their files and directories or how the session IDs are shown etc?

Ok, I made this site for this bar that I know and I am disappointed for the fact that the owner already hired someone to create a website for them and note: I am doing this for them for "Free" to have free meals for a life time. I've been trying to understand user categories on this site ('Newbie', 'Moderator', etc). Can someone please educate my on how these work? When for instance do I stop being 'Newbie'. And again, I thought it unflattering to address a respectable well-meaning forum contributor as 'Site addict'. Oooops, my wife would kill me if she saw such a...
