How do I tell if this site uses Ruby?

I'm looking over a site that is built in a fashion I'd like to do myself and I can't tell if it's built with Ruby on Rails or something else. The site is http://www.listhere.co m - can you see what the platform is somehow?

What is the signature thing in a nuke. Can you tell it from how they name their files and directories or how the session IDs are shown etc?
