How To See Which Variable Is Taking Up My Disk Memory In Heroku?

Hey everyone!

I've been using Heroku for a while now and sometimes I would get the following error from time to time:

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers

Error R14 (Memory quota exceeded)

Is there any way to find out which variables are taking up the memory space so I can delete them?
