Webpage as Frontend and Python script as Backend

i have a code in python its an algorithm that takes input in this form
python <python_file_name> <log_file_name> <max_nodes for each queue> <log_file_name> <max_nodes for each queue>these things i have to pass through a webpage.
which method should i use ..
i am having a doubt
