How can i import serial module in python 3.2.2?

I am working on python 3.2.3 running on windows XP and windows 7....


I wanna import the serial module but i cant do that... everytime i write (import serial) i got a module error.

What shall i do?
i dont know which pyserial lib shall i setup and how
i dont know which pywin32 shall i setup and how, either

I appreciate ur help
