how do i fix load library (pythondll) failed?

how do i fix it so when i turned my computer on it doesn't pop up and say load library pythondll failed evry time.

That is OS related, not python related, so is a question better asked on one of the forums for your OS. It is likely a python program that is part of boot, or immediately following boot. Since you did not say what OS you are using, it is impossible to guess any further.
