button to execute debian package silent

Iam having trouble to create a python program with glade interface.
This program is supposed to help a newbie linux user who is totally offline
to install a debian package without worried about the dependencies problem.
for example user would like to install "Wine", they have to install
first "binfmt-support" and
"libaudio2" package.
Actually iam already create the interface using Glade Interface Designer.
Here is the link to the picture with better explanation.

the main problem is how to create a script for the execute button that install
those three package.

Please help me.
Thanks for the attention.
Sorry for my bad english
