problem there. It's my module but I don't create the Windows package.
Others on that list can probably help you better or create a fixed
installer if that is the problem.
I googled around and I found that the problem could be the libpq.dll file. Then I copied the libpq.dll to the windows directory as well as in the Python dll's directory but the problem is still there.It's a guess but perhaps you need to properly install the PostgreSQL
client rather than copying files piecemeal.
