How to config qsub from python .psp script?

P: 1
I am writing a code which will submit some programs from the web front. I wrote some python classes which works perfectly OK in python environment:
commline = 'qsub pyBatch.sh'
sta = commands.getstatusoutput(commline)

However, when I move to .psp environment, the first error is:
qSub results:(32512, 'sh: qsub: command not found'),

Then I added the <path> before qsub. /opt/SGE/bin/lx24-x86/qsub

However, new error appears:
err:qSub results: (256, '\nUnable to initialize environment because of error: Please set the environment variable SGE_ROOT.\nExiting.')

Does anyone know how to configure running batch of qsub from .psp environment?

Many thanks,

Joseph
