Beginner: Com problem

I'm a beginner with python and I have a problem.

I'm using Python 2.5 with PyWin32 on Windows Vista.

I try to run this script

but I get this error message:

C:\>python Office2PDF.py
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "Office2PDF.py", line 200, in <module>
pdf = PDFCreator()
File "Office2PDF.py", line 131, in __init__
self.OLE = com.DispatchWithEvents(PDFCreatorCOMClass, PDFCreatorEvents)
File "C:\Python25\Lib\site-packages\win32com\client\__init__.py", line 258, in
clsid = disp_class.CLSID
AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'CLSID'

What's wrong?

Best regards,
