Python with excel

Hello

Basically i am trying to perfrom a load flow analysis in ipsa, but require python to to use it(i have 17000 time instances!). In order to do this, i want to take information (P and Q) out an excel document, print them, perform a load flow on them, print values and repeat for the next time instance.

I have managed to get excel opened...but when i try to retrieve values from excel i just get NONE as the response for all of them.

Any ideas?

row = 1
col = 1

while xlSht.Cells (row, col) != " " :
data = str(xlSht.Cells (row,col).Value)
row +=1
col+=1

this should give all data in the file.
