FastCGI on Windows: socket.fromfd() support?

Microsoft's IIS server recently added native support for FastCGI. The
big roadblock to Python support seems to be that socket.fromfd()
doesn't work on Windows.

Are there any plans to add this or similar functionality to the
Windows build?

Thanks,
Drew
