compiling Python 2.5 on AIX 5.3

1
Hi All,

I'm trying to compile Python 2.5 on AIX 5.3 ending with error message as following:

./Modules/ld_so_aix cc_r -bI:Modules/python.exp build/temp.aix-5.3-2.5/cvs/Python-2.5.1/Modules/zlibmodule.o -L/usr/local/lib -lz -lpython2.5 -o build/lib.aix-5.3-2.5/zlib.so
ld: 0706-006 Cannot find or open library file: -l python2.5
ld:open(): A file or directory in the path name does not exist.
*** WARNING: renaming "zlib" since importing it failed: 0509-022 Cannot load module build/lib.aix-5.3-2.5.
0509-026 System error: A file or directory in the path name does not exist.
error: No such file or directory
make: 1254-004 The error code from the last command is 1.

What's problem is it? How can I deal with it?

BTW,I found zlib located in $python/Modules
