Is Python scheduler can perform this kind of task ?

Hi,

Is somebody can assist me ? I have a script that put IPs into a list (with Thread)
and ping automatiquely each one of them and provide the statistics that I need to compiled . But I would like to know how can I run Python scheduler (without using windows task scheduler) ? eg: want to start to ping my list btwn (09:00 am august 27/2007) to (07:30pm august 28/2007). Do you have any suggestion or syntax to help me ?
