Frets on Fire

Ok I please need help with this. I just downloaded a torrent for "Frets on Fire". It downloaded so it opened in winRAR and I don't really know what to do from there. So I extracted it and I tried to open the icon but there was an error box saying "The specified module could not be found. LoadLibrary(pythondll) failed". Now I have a good understanding of computers but I am not too savvy when it comes this type of stuff.. so help please?
