pg8000 (PostgreSQL DB-API 2.0) under IronPython

Has anyone tried to run pg8000, a pure Python PostgreSQL DB-API 2.0
implementation, under IronPython? If so, I would be interested in how
well it worked.
Many thanks for you help.
