error with py2exe

i created an exe file for my python project.. nd i got an exe file.. but if i run the exe then it shows some error

C:\Python24\traacs_qr\dist>traacs.exe

C:\Python24\traacs_qr\dist>



i checked the location nd the corlib.conf file is shown there
plz help
