Google Summer of Code 2007

Google's Summer of Code is on again!

And the Python Software Foundation is again applying to be a mentoring
organization.

A mailing list has been set up for people who are interested in
mentoring for the PSF. If you aren't able or willing to mentor but
still want to participate in discussion of possible project ideas, you
are more than welcome to join also.

You can subscribe at:

http://mail.python.org/mailman/listi...c2007-mentors/

While the desire is for a decent number of projects to be directly
related to core Python development, proposals of general relevance to
Python are also welcome.

James
